My husband and I casually searched for a 2nd property until 2020. We entertained small cabins, income properties, and unimproved property. Even though the area we were looking in was outside of her immediate territory, Mandy really understood what are needs were with each type of listing and notified us when something in our wheelhouse became available. She responded promptly with each contact - even on weekends (which is when we were able to do most of our searches.) We were able to complete the entire purchase process digitally until our closing date at the end of October. I would certainly recommend Mandy as she was reliable, flexible, and helpful throughout the transaction.

Buying our new home was done virtually from another state. Mandy was very helpful in providing many live video chats and photos.
