Nick exceeded my expectations!

I would highly recommend Nick Johnson. He went above and beyond to ensure my home buying experience was a smooth one. My new home needed a mitigation system to deal with radon. He lined up estimates, was there when the system was installed and checked daily to make sure the levels were where they needed to be. That is just one example! He not only got me into a perfect home for me, but he sold my previous home as well. Nick exceeded my expectations.

Nick did very well, very knowledgeable for the time spent in real estate.... Not his only job it's sounds like with a couple of kids to support also.... Point being he seems to understand the struggle of the middle class and does what he can to help singles and family's find a home! Found me a house and had deal wrapped up and closed in 45 days, was very happy with how persistent he was in asking sellers to provide the correct information when needed! I'll give him a+ any day! Jason took care of everything!

The day after the cabin was put on the market, we left MN and returned to our home in IA 550 miles away. Jason took care of everything including arranging for someone to mow the yard and setting up an online auction to clean everything out, Everything was done long distance and we never had to return to the cabin for anything. One last thing. After we left, my wife said something about one thing she forgot to bring home. Jason told me later that he would take care of this and he wanted to surprise my wife. Jason did that and when my wife received the item she had forgot to bring home she was indeed very happy. Thanks Jason for everything!

He was a valuable go between when negotiating with the seller and listing agent, and really helped us get a great deal in the end.
