Darren’s amazing customer service!

I want to say that we haven't had great service from realtors in the past, it never really felt like they were "working" for us, and at times it seemed like a challenge to get what what we wanted, however Darren has totally changed our outlook, this was by far the best "customer service" we have encountered. From start to finish there was never a doubt that Darren was working for us and our best interest, not only did we buy our dream house, but we sold our place in a couple of days for over asking price.

Darren helped us navigate the odd process of an assumable mortgage, which he didnt know alot about either, but he did research, and in a market where rates are 7-8%, we assumed a mortgage for 2.25%.... yeah I know sounds made up... but its not!

I really dont believe that any other realtor would have helped us through that process, if you want a realtor that will work in your best interest, and communicate with you throughout your entire process (I know sounds like Darren hangs out with Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny) then Darren Ufford is the right guy for the job!
Oh yeah did I mention he is the nicest guy, and handsome!
