Selling my beloved home this year was exciting, sad, and stressful. Especially because the said home was a bit unique to the area in its size and floor plan. I had worked with Mandy several years prior when I was searching for a home to buy. She listened well and never showed me a property that was far from what I was looking for. When I decided to build, she gave me a list of four properties and listed them in order of what she thought I might like. Hah...I bought the first property on that list. She handled a sticky situation re that purchase with aplomb. When I decided to relocate and sell my home, I called Mandy. She held my hand, walked me easily through the entire process, and answered all my questions. She was a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. It was clear she knew the market and gently helped me understand what to expect. Going forward our expectations meshed.
